After a cancellation of a wedding party i have decided to introduce a booking policy which is now on my website for anyone who is looking to book a treatment.
I have decided a 50% deposit non refundable and the balance of the payment 7 days later, failing to pay the balance means your appointment could be cancelled, to avoid this happening you need to keep to your payment dates.
I think this is a fair way of doing things, after all i may have kept the day free just for the that booking!
There is also info on there about under 16 year olds who want a nail treatment, and information on my cancellation policy.
Never wanted to bring in a deposit system but i am not intending to be caught out again.
