It just look like a bunch of coloured cotton wool stuck on the nail, not sure if you would gel top coat it, i guess it would need something or it would turn into a breeding ground for bacteria.

Velvet Manicure
I have just seen the velvet manicure, I'm not impressed and it is something i do not think will catch on.
It just look like a bunch of coloured cotton wool stuck on the nail, not sure if you would gel top coat it, i guess it would need something or it would turn into a breeding ground for bacteria.
I can not see it catching on, but i think that remains to be seen this summer with it, i for one will not be stocking it, as i do not think it will be popular.
